Overview:
The role of mechanical engineer is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual who provides subject matter expertise in engineering that improves product, process and/or equipment performance (cost, quality and service) and/or advances the innovation process to enable the delivery of new products. Provides solutions for increased process selects, increased material utilization, decreased costs, and improvement to product quality by planning, organizing and implementing projects. Is a leader in obtaining fundamental process understanding and meeting the lowest cost producer objectives.

Responsible:主要职责
· Working as primary technical interface with HQ and other OEM for product and know-how transfer;

a) Machine drawing detailing; 确保产品图纸的完整性，包括每个零件的工艺标准，形位公差等细节要素。
b) Provide the necessary information of standard component s in China market to WP and consider into development; 为国外总部提供中国本土标准组件的必要信息以及零件的成本或性能的优化。
c) Machine prototype building up and verification; 开发并建立测试样机并验证其功能
· Machine cost breakdown structure analysis for cost reduction and continuous improvement; 降低产品的成本，持续优化产品的，成本，结构，性能，外观等要素。
· Provide technical support for the internal and external teams such as production, quality, purchasing, sales and customers;为生产部、质检部、采购部、销售部、售后服务及客户等提供技术支持
· Setup spec. for sourcing, quality and participate vendor’s qualification and ensure all outsourced parts meet company standards, safety and quality goals; 为采购部、质控部制定质量及工艺标准；参与供应商的评估，确保所有外购件能够满足公司的质量、安全等需求。
· Handle the material master data, BOM and other information in ERP;维护EPR主数据库，材料清单及ERP系统中的其它工程数据
· Conduct the engineering change request and implement the changes after verification;进行工程变更请求并在验证后实施变更
· Maintain and sort all the engineering manuals, instructions and other related information;维护和分类所有工程手册、指导说明和其他相关信息;
· Maintain and follow the engineering definition, regulations when create drawings and data sheet; 在创建工程图表和数据表时，保持并遵循工程定义，规则，标准；
· Maintain digital data file integrity, archiving and retrieval; 保持工程数据，文件资料的完整性，以便后期查阅和检索;
· Responsible for PDM maintenance and management 负责PDM的维护与管理；

Work Experience:工作经验要求
· 1. 2+ years working experience in engineering department, MNC is a plus; 2年以上的机械相关经验，有跨国公司工作经历优先考虑。
· 2. Participate in project or product development and follow up related work is a plus; 参与项目开发跟踪或产品相关工作经验的优先考虑

Skills/Competencies:技能和能力要求
· 1. Proficiency in use Solidworks for both 2D and 3D modeling;熟练使用Solidworks制作2D、3D模型
· Strong level of self-motivation and ability to work independently;强烈的自我激励和独立工作能力;
· Familiar with GD&T and inspection techniques;熟悉几何尺寸和公差，以及其检验技术
· Familiar with CNC milling, turning and sheet metal process and hands-on experience is a plus;熟悉数控铣削，车削和钣金加工以及实践经验者优先考虑;

· Knowledge in metal finishing is a plus (anodizing, draw bench and power-coating);对不锈钢，铝件等金属表面处理有一定的了解（阳极氧化，电镀涂层）;
